Dang squats and deadlifts the same day is brutal. I can barely handle one of them. It's wild that your deficit deadlifts are nearly the same as your regular. I find those so much harder.

hg300 5 sets 6 reps left, ghp7x1, coc 3x1

Sorry man just saw this. Yeah squats and deadlifts are pretty rough same day my deadlift is usually higher it’s pretty deloaded right now for some reason I got weaker and was failing reps week after week so I dialed it way back and am working back to where it was.

Strong deficit deadlifts! Deficits really make you strong off the floor.

Thanks man yeah I find they help me just pull faster when i deadlift too I dunno why though.

Interesting! Probably because you're pulling from a mechanically 'advantageous' position compared to deficit. When I did powerlifting, I tried all the masochist things like deficit, pause, pause deficit, etc., but banded deadlifts helped the most with speed and lockout.

Yeah I have never tried banded deadlifts I for sure wanna set it up one of these days

Great 👍. Btw no need to attach the band to the rack or smg. Some people overcomplicate it, but you can just step on the band loop, like this

haven't actually missed this many workout just been forgetting to post. Haven’t done anything exciting or hit any PRs though.

the flask 140x1, 165x1, 175x1, 185x1, 195x1, 201x1 PR finally broke 200 on this thing. 202x failed got it half way up, 4 sets 2 reps 185lbs
