Yeah squats and deadlifts are pretty rough same day my deadlift is usually higher it’s pretty deloaded right now for some reason I got weaker and was failing reps week after week so I dialed it way back and am working back to where it was. Probably because you're pulling from a mechanically 'advantageous' position compared to deficit.
