incline DB bench 4 sets 8 reps 85lbs

cable rows 4 sets 10 rep 190lbs

chin ups 3 sets 6 reps 87.5lbs

face pulls 3 sets 10 reps 170lbs

rolling thunder 158x8, 143 3 sets 8 reps, 128 3 sets 8 reps 

Trying clay egin 8 week rolling thunder plan or whatever you call it. Training for my first grip comp is starting now. Doing the spring clench in April. 


also got to try out some of @Bigfoot Griphandles yesterday just messed around with a bunch of stuff but for new handles I hit 

2x5 arm assassin 2 hand pinch block 214lbs

Grip genie hilt 229lbs

2 3/8 wrist wrench 89lbs 

and hit a PR on my hub at 61lbs

coc 2.5 inverted 2 sets 10 reps right 

coc 2.5 27 reps right 

hg300 5 sets 6,5,6,6,5 reps left 

coc 2.5 20 reps left 

coc 2.5 inverted 2 sets 5 reps left 

Forgot how hard those inverted sets are they kinda hurt and  the thumb actually puts in quite a bit of work.

hit 196 on the little big horn

hit 176 on the rolling thunder 

hit 90lbs on the 1 hand flask 
hit 66 on the blockbuster
