Hope it heals soon. Couple times I got my wrists, they took a while to heal. If it doesn't aggravate it, I'd recommend doing pronation/supination with a light hammer and do some high reps...

I can’t remember what probation or supination is but it hurts to have my palm up so whatever that one is is probably a no go. Maybe real light just to get stuff moving though.

The heavy sets of gripper bother it so I didn't do as much as normal get better than last week though I couldn’t even close the ghp7

Thats supination...  Thats what hurt me....  It was weird, a real deep pain if that makes sense...Both wrists. Mine was from using the wrist developer too much when I got it, then bending 3 60ds on my second session ever.. My tendons where angry..  I could still do most things, but it set me back a lot.

If I remember correctly,  it slowly got better... But the thing that really healed it was getting the stomach virus.. Because I was in bed for a week, no work and no working out.

I'm guessing deadlifting 420lbs doesn't hurt at all, but supinating a 2lbs hammer hurts like hell..

Yeah deadlifting is fine but curling a light dumbbell will hurt. Your story reminds me of myself I had a messed up wrist for months a couple years ago and it didn’t go away till gyms were closed from Covid and I couldn’t workout for a while.

Good luck man... I don't recommend getting the stomach virus, but for whatever reason it really cleared up that week.

Sidewinder makes some expensive but great products.. I have two models and they have helped me rehab a few things. I'm cheap and don't like to throw money around but as a business owner time is money and something I don't have a lot of and these things are great.. You just pick them up, adjust the tension with the knob and you can do a lot of rehab in a short amount of time. I also don't think they will ever break. Not a necessity but they are worth looking into if you have extra $$$$.. Cheaper than physical therapy.
