I can’t remember what probation or supination is but it hurts to have my palm up so whatever that one is is probably a no go. Mine was from using the wrist developer too much when I got it, then bending 3 60ds on my second session ever.. My tendons where angry.. I could still do most things, but it set me back a lot. If I remember correctly, it slowly got better... But the thing that really healed it was getting the stomach virus.. Because I was in bed for a week, no work and no working out. I don't recommend getting the stomach virus, but for whatever reason it really cleared up that week. Sidewinder makes some expensive but great products.. I have two models and they have helped me rehab a few things. I'm cheap and don't like to throw money around but as a business owner time is money and something I don't have a lot of and these things are great.. You just pick them up, adjust the tension with the knob and you can do a lot of rehab in a short amount of time. I also don't think they will ever break.
