Thanks. I usually do curls too but my wrist has been bugging me for a couple weeks now.

What about neutral grip/hammer curls? It will be more brachialis than biceps, but it solved the issue when I was doing curls.

Yeah good call man I can do that. Chin ups are out right now too. Can’t wait till my wrist feels good again.

Hope it heals soon. Couple times I got my wrists, they took a while to heal. If it doesn't aggravate it, I'd recommend doing pronation/supination with a light hammer and do some high reps...
