Thanks man. Yeah they are stupid hard blows my mind that people are pulling over 200 on this thing. The 165 was easy too I tried 170 after and only broke it off the ground a couple inches but I was rushed for time I think with a little more rest between attempts it would of been possible.

Agreed, the 200+ club on the new models are beasts! Funny enough I find I pull almost the exact same numbers on the 2.25" Crusher as I do the new RT, and probably 10lbs less on my 60mm Silarukov handle. So the RT will give you a good indication for KK.

4x6 with 240 on a 3 second pause I'd say you got 300 now. Great work by the way!

Thanks buddy. But I don’t think I go heavy often enough. I am much better with higher volume than I am with higher weight. Last time I maxed out I hit 290 though so might be real close now we will see.

had to cut it real short didn’t have enough time to do what I wanted 

OHP 3 sets 5 reps 145lbs

Banded swiss bar bench 4 sets 5 reps 210lbs 

The flask 1 hand pinch 45x5, 55x5, 65x5, 75x2, 80x1 weight doesn’t include flask or loading pin. This felt weird need to get used to 1 hand pinch 

little big horn 135x1, 155x1 180x1 185xfailed weight does not include little big horn or loading pin

Nice man. Do you do speed deadlift against bands or just lighter weight fast?

I’ve never done speed dead's against bands   But I have done normal/ heavy dead’s against bands when I was having issues locking out and it really helped.

For speed work I do eight sets of three with 50% of my current 1rm
