I only own the one but I like it it’s a nice gripper. Narrower than a cocs and ghps though.

I got all of them. They do the job but they are very cheap (and also cheap looking) chinese grippers with a lot of flaws/scratches and a very narrow spread like he said. The knurling is very cheap and smooth and provides almost no grip at all. They sell on alibaba for under 3.50-2.50 USD a piece if you buy them in bulk (10+).

Yeah they are narrower and smoother then the cocs and especially the ghps, but I don’t think it’s bad for training. When I was stuck a millimetre from closing my 3 but could rep my 2.5 I think over 10 times i bought the heavy grip 300 and could do I think 4 or 5 reps with it and having something I could work with in that rep range helped me to close the 3.

thumbless reverse grip curls 3 sets 12 reps 92.5lbs

tricep bar skull crushers 3 sets 12 reps 80lbs

DB flies 3 sets 12 reps 50lbs 

the flask 5 sets 157.5lbs 5,6,6,7,6 reps, 180x1, 187.5x1 PR weight don’t include flask and loading pin. I think that’s over a body weight lift. Can’t remember what the flask or pin weight but I am weighing in at 191.

Great workout 

as far as the heavy grip grippers go , I bought the set and was disappointed but they are good beaters.

I keep them at work in my tool box and use them for reps
