I have always done pretty well with quite a bit of volume. Once I can get 3 reps on that cobalt I am going to start opening it up to a ghp block set then a CCS. Yeah I remember the first few times I tried to squeeze the 3 it didn’t feel like something possible haha. The jump from The 2.5 to the 3 is just so big.
