DB row 4 sets 8 reps 115lbs

seated DB OHP 3 sets 6 rep 70lbs

pull up 3 sets 5 reps 55lbs

EZ bar curls 3 sets 6 reps 112.5lbs

tricep rope push downs 3 sets 8 reps 140lbs

cable flies 3 sets 8 reps 95lbs

DB curls 3 sets 6 reps 50lbs

blockbuster 60lbsx1 PR, then 52.5x5, 52.5x6, 52.5x5 weights done include pinch block or loading pin.

deadlift 3 sets 3 reps 425lbs really

SSB squat 3 sets 5 reps 305lbs

hack squat 3 sets 12 reps 160lbs

ab wheel 3 sets 30 reps 

decided to try to max my iron mind hub today managed to get 50lbs + loading pin and hub for a 5lbs PR not bad for never training with it.

Thanks man. I have always done pretty well with quite a bit of volume. 
 

Once I can get 3 reps on that cobalt I am going to start opening it up to a ghp block set then a CCS. I think when I can CCS the cobalt I’ll go for the #3 cert

close grip Swiss bar OHP 3 sets 12 reps 95lbs

wide grip pull up 3 sets 8 reps 27.5lbs

EZ bar curls 3 sets 10 reps 97.5lbs

Tricep rope push downs 3 sets 15 reps 110lbs

low handle trap bar deadlift 3 sets 8 reps 360lbs

GHR 3 sets 15 reps 

ab wheel 3 sets 32 reps 

axle bar deadlifts 3 sets 10 reps 250lbs, 300x1, 320x1, failed 330 had it up to the knees.

Always wondered what you could doh axle deadlift. Congrats on getting over 3 plates! 330 will go down in no time 💪

Yeah I think I’ll be able to hit 330 soon. I was getting pretty worn out by that attempt too.

reverse grip curls 3 sets 12 reps 87.5lbs

skull crushers hammer grip 3 sets 10 reps 80lbs

DB flies 3 sets 12 reps 45lbs

the flask 3 sets 8,8,7 reps 155lbs, 170x1, 177.5x1, 180x1 haven’t used the flask for a while old max was 175. Weights don’t include flask and loading pin.

I can almost close the 2.5 ,the 3 seems impossible for now.

Yeah I remember the first few times I tried to squeeze the 3 it didn’t feel like something possible haha. The jump from The 2.5 to the 3 is just so big. My 141 rgc heavy grip 300 helped me get the 3 closed.
