face pulls 3 sets 12 reps 160lbs

DB preacher hammer curls 3 sets 10 reps 40lbs

rolling thunder 3 sets 7 reps 142.5lbs, 4 reps 147.5lbs, 2 reps 152.5,

Great work. I see you have kept in thumbless reverse curls in all this time after i recommended them, good man. They are gold

Thanks man. Yeah I really like them last couple reps of a set and the bar really wants to pry your finger open and slip out.

sliced my finger open on left hand at work and it made setting a grippers my right  pretty tough today

also maxed out my thumbless deadlift for a challenge on Reddit managed 415lbs and got 415 so close to lock out.

rolling thunder 3 sets 4 reps 150lbs, 1 rep 155lbs, 1 rep 157.5lbs didn’t quite get to lock out real close though, 1 good rep with 157.5 for a PR

rolling thunder weights don’t include handle and loading pin
