blockbuster pinch block 3 sets 6 reps 47.5lbs, 4 reps 50lbs, 3 reps 52.5lbs, 2 reps 55lbs, 1 rep 57.5lbs for a PR. Got 60lbs a couple inches off the ground with both hands. weights don’t count the blockbuster and loading pin.

Really strong lifting. Your fat gripz deadlift must be getting close to 3 plates. Have you ever tried out the fat gripz extremes?

Thanks man my best I have done is 295lbs. I want to hit 3 plates pretty bad. No I have never tried extremes I could imagine how tough they are the blues are super hard as it is.
