See much carryover or is it still too early on to tell? Nice to see a fellow Albertan on the grip board, where abouts are you located? Thanks man. Not sure how much carryover there is from inverted closes. I have just always done them at the end of a workout I like doing them for higher volume, feels good get a bit of a pump. I am in Airdrie. What about you?

Right on man, I've never tried them but I saw Clay Edgin suggested doing them and he used to hold the silver bullet world record. Your ghp 7 looks like a beast man, I have a rated ghp #5 and #6 so a ways off your crush strength. It would be rad if you got certified on the coc 3 and ghp 7. Nice, I'm right next door in Calgary. Maybe with enough interest we could get a competition going sometime? I have some ironmind and arm assassin gear.

We’ll see though lately I have been getting weaker. Right in man that’s awesome. I’m fairly new to grip training and probably wouldn’t do well in a competition haha but I'm game to show up and do my best. I have an iron mind rolling thunder and hub, a barrel strength flask and a pair of fat gripz.
Bigfoot Grip
I hear you I'm newer myself and trying to build a base. Sounds like you have some good grip tools already man, I use the rolling thunder and hub also, but I've never tried the flask. I use the ironmind blockbuster pinch block, its alot of fun but slick as hell lol.

I haven’t tried the blockbuster but the flask feels good to me it had a nice grippy texture to it and I believe it is narrower than the blockbuster. Bigfoot Grip
Best lifts currently... rolling thunder-140lbs hub-41.4lbs 2 3/8 wrist wrench-68lbs blockbuster pinch block-59.1lbs I do all my lifts on a 12" loading pin for more ROM and I usually high pull the weight also. I own a 15" ironmind loading pin but don't have any olympic plates so I stick with my standard plates and the 12" loading pin. I wouldn't be surprised if I could crank out a few more pounds on a 15" loading pin as opposed to high pulling with my 12" loading pin and overkilling the rom. I just started training v-bar lifts and like the silver bullet might be something I could not be terrible at haha. Currently using a 2 3/8 jug trainer that Lucas from Arm Assasin made me and I like v bar! Best credit card gripper set is a coc #2(not rated but my best guess is rgc of 107-109?) I can just about mash monster my GHP #5 rated 122 with my right hand only. SIlver Bullet-coc #2.5(rated 132) for about 9 seconds. Given I'm really new at the silver bullet and find my sweep and set strength to be okay ish I have a feeling this could be a better event for me, as I suck at that last couple mm when closing a gripper. hopefully closing in on a 300lb DOH axel based off my latest rep work. Maybe a 140lb 3" saxon deadlift? I use a ghetto two handed set up to mimick the 2" and 3" saxon bar lol. Sorry I feel like I'm hijacking your training log lol but its mostly crickets with grip so might as well shoot the s*#t lol.
