another bad day I think I need to up the reps with a lighter gripper again. I didn’t really keep track of it but I missed a couple reps with my ghp7 got a rep with my hg300 missed a rep with my hg300 and did 3 sets max reps with my coc 2.5 with bumper 4 turns.

the flask 155lbs + flask and loading pin

Strong lifts. Especially on the flask. Did you do the lifts in that order? Flask last?

Thanks. Yeah I did them in that order the fat gripz dead and flask was a superset though. I used 2 hands on the flask. The flask felt really good I think I should be able to add some weight to that pretty quickly.

Thats impressive. You should check out the top 10 lifts in your weight catagory? How much do you weigh?

Right now I am weigh 175lbs usually closer to 180lbs. Where do I look up the top 10?
