ghp 7 mms forced right and left 

ghp 7 mms 1 rep right coc 2.5 6 reps left 

coc 2.5 held shut 2 seconds every rep 12 reps right 5 reps right 

Coc 2.5 held shut 2 seconds 9 reps right 6 reps left 

inverted

Coc 2.5 4 reps right 6 reps left

Coc 2.5 1 rep right 4 reps left

coc 2 10 reps right and left

deadlift a single at 415lbs DOH

1 set 5 reps 370lbs

2 sets 5 reps 380lbs

1 set 5 reps 375lbs

front squat 3 sets 8 reps 210lbs

GHR 3 sets 8 reps 

DB split squats 3 sets 13 reps 45lbs

I am gonna try doing more high rep sets with my 2.5 like i was doing before. I seem to have lost strength lately so I will go back to how I was training when I was gaining strength.

Great session buddy! I noticed you do inverted closes. What are those for?

Haha I don’t really know just have always done them at the end of my workout for a few sets since I got my captains of crush grippers because it showed them in the pamphlet they come with. I usually just do higher rep inverted closes feels good get a good pump and I always do it from about a parallel set.

Today’s training

Just got home from work last night after a 10 day shift up north with the gym closed. Today was the first workout after 10 days it felt good to work out but it’s getting frustrating constantly having to take time off the gym. I am still behind where I was at the end of 2019.

incline press 2 sets 8 reps 1 set 7 reps 175lbs

landmine rows 3 sets 8 reps 150lbs

chin ups 3 sets 8 rep 40lbs

reverse hypers 3 sets 20 reps 65lbs

face pulls 3 sets 15 reps 130lbs

DB preacher hammer curls 3 sets 12 reps, 10, 8 30lbs
