warm ups coc 1, 1.5, 2

work sets coc 2.5 12 reps right 5 reps left
ghp 7 1 right failed left

ghp 7 1 right coc 2.5 5 reps left 

coc 3 failed right coc 2.5 4 reps left

ghp 7 forced closed right 4 reps left 

inverted 

coc 2 12 reps right 8 reps left

coc 2 12 reps right 10 reps left

coc 2 12 reps right 11 reps left

missed my coc 3 by 2-3mm don’t know why I can’t close it anymore after closing twice in one day a couple weeks ago.

Felt like I needed some redemption so I worked up to a single on my coc 3 today coc 1 5 reps

coc 1.5 5 reps

coc 2 5 reps 

coc 2.5 3 Reps 

ghp 7 1 Rep

Coc 3 1 rep

video sucks again don’t know why I can’t seem to get a good video of my 3 eventually I’ll get a good clear video where you can actually the the full rep.

Ghp 7 mms 1 rep right forced closed left

coc 3 mms failed by 1mm right                     ghp 7 mms forced closed left

coc 3 mms failed by less than 1mm right ghp 7 mms forced closed left

coc 2.5 ccs 10 reps right 3 reps left

coc 3 mms 1 rep right                                 coc 2.5 mms 6 reps left

inverted 

coc 2 15 reps right and left 

coc 2.5 6 reps right 4 reps left

Coc 2.5 6 reps right 3 reps left

coc 2 12 reps right and left 

video is the last set with my coc 3 when I finally got the handles to touch today.

Strong closes on this session! I would like to ask you why do you train inverted closes?

I have no idea haha. Just for fun when my hands feel tired from normal closes I still feel fresh inverted and can bang out a few sets. Not sure if it helps my regular closes at all but it must build some sort of strength somewhere right?

I Guess so! I never tried them, but it sounds fun for overall hand strength

Yeah I have been doing 3 or 4 sets after my regular closes since I started training grippers. I think they are fun.

overhead press 4 sets 8 reps 100lbs

close grip bench press 4 sets 8 reps 170lbs

skull crushers 3 sets 12 reps 50lbs+bar

reverse grip curls 3 sets 10 reps 50lbs+bar

cable flies 3 sets 15 reps 60lbs

ab wheel 4 sets 20 reps

fat grip deadlift worked up to 275lbs don’t think I quite locked it out then 225lbs 3 sets 5 reps
