Supination of 8 lb. (9.4lbs) Sledge

Off-hand finally getting stronger. Forearm kept parallel on thigh and feet flat entire lift. Sledge is 8lb stamped (9.4lbs total) and 30.5"

Soon as I get off work I'm going to try this! Pretty sure I will fail badly though - Awesome Job

Any luck on the anvil?

Strong work mike. I do this exercise for reps with a 6 lber but never tried full length. Looks tough

Thanks. That anvil is 55lb stamped but is good for leaning plates on it and occasional KP by the heel.

I appreciate it MM7 Beast! You would do very good full length as you own very strong wrists and crazy crush strength. Majority of the time I will train with higher reps(5-10) but decided to go off script this A.M.

Too impressive . . . .and yep - as strict as it is, I'll just have to give it a try.

I can already pictured my bruised leg . . . .
