hey guys

im no longer going to the gym

and have been using a York Chest  Krusher type device

im doing a handful of movements that are all excellent for pulling and pressing type carry over

 

was wondering if anyone would have any photos or the original York Krusher guide exercises

 

or a video of good exercises for this device
