king crusher Posted July 27, 2020 Share Posted July 27, 2020 (edited) I will have to try some of those. I use the firm foam roller but doesnt have the spikes. I mainly use it from mid back to the upper trap area. I get lots of little popping and crunching type sounds. But I guess they are something I only hear as they are not audible to my wife.
