AcroBend
I had never used an actual Twist Yo Wrist device, but decided to make my own. I used 3" PVC coupling from Home Depot (C4801HD3), used bicycle inner tubing, paracord, small clip and electrical tape. Around $3 total in parts/supplies. The coupling is 4" in diameter and 3.25" in width. With 2 layers of inner tube (better coefficient of friction) it is 4.25" in diameter and also makes a channel in the middle for the cord. Pics below. I feel like this is an overlooked tool. It's not like the pump you get from a horizontal plane wrist roller. It produces a deep, punishing burn on your grip, wrists and forearms. I was surprised how much I felt it in my grip. Worth a try in my opinion. Edited July 13, 2020 by AcroBend Added info.
