Some BIG steel is gonna go down in 2020. Full video with wrapping on my channel. Iron Grip bar was sent to me by @Donc101. Thank you much Don! Also did the 220k last workout plus the 215k and 200k in singles. Most of those are on my channel besides the 200k because of a copyright claim. Lol. That's fun stuff!!
