Hello, I think perhaps my old board is dying and this board is more appropriate for my training these days anyways. 

I trained alot of different things but now I'm mostly doing AW and complementary training for that (arm training, grip, cardio) 

My favorite thing when it comes to grip is TTK. Havent worked out today yet so no logging yet 😁

grippers can be cool, but everything frictionbased is for losers ;)

todays workout: 

one hand pushdowns 15kgx15x3 (reps x set) 

so called dec fly (cable flyes where every other rep i put together my elbows): 22.5kg x 16 x 3

this was actually super heavy and taxing so decided to save the grip work for tomorrow to get my planned sets done without having to overly tax my CNS in the process. have to be a bit wary of that now with 2 supermatches coming up

todays workout: fatbar farmers walk 100 meter with 20 kg in each hand then 50m with 40 kg. heavy af lol 

then TTK 10 kg 2 reps 10 sets, felt quite alright

then some pitiful CoC 1.5 5 reps 3 sets

overall a good workout.

I honestly have no idea how to explain todays exercise but I'll post a clip of it at some later time. did 12.5kg+12.5kg 5 sets 5 reps anyway. then some rehab

TTK 10kgx3,3,6

Some curls

Some reverse gripper, 3 sets of 20 

Some slow flyes

 

Felt a bit worn out so to keep my form fine for upcoming supermatch I gotta keep the intensity low + lower frequency from now on.

dec flyes, 25kgx6x3

armwrestling exercise, 15 kg side pressure, 15 kg back, black band on top, 5x5 except for one 6

That’ because you were cheating and using bodyweight. I was just standing straight trying to armwrestle like a man.

Those types will always find an excuse to why they lost. I will use side pressure alone with no movement or engagement of my “body” and slow press them to the table. I’ll even use what I call anti-technique, which is where you do your best to put them in an advantageous position and yourself in a disadvantaged position and they’ll still find some excuse to why they lost.
