Entry Fee: $20 donation to help cover food, bending gear. byob Early dinner, get-together, after contest lifts, visit after. Events: Ironmind/Tetting Hand Grippers. Old MGC Rules. MM/Parallel set. Multiple levels / 3 attempts. Don's challenge gripper will be there. Bob Lipinski will be running the hand gripper event. 4 Inch Pinch Block Lift. Last man standing. Made by FBBC. One of Don’s lifts was 3 York 25’s with weight added for 90 or 95 pounds. This will be loadable, and just slightly wider than Don’s 3-25’s. DO/Unbraced Bending. Single leather pads. 3 min. per attempt. All bars 6" or 7". If there is a tie, fastest time wins. There may be more after Contest. Don Cummings will be running the bending event. Original Don Larkin Challenge Disk. Timed hold. ¾ inch x 52 ½ lbs. There will also be an alternate/lighter disk available. Reverse Strongman Scoring following the grip portion: Don Larkin Memorial Deadlift Contest. powerlifting rules. Open to all / Loved ones and friends of Don and Jerri please stop by.
