hellswindstaff
Anyone ever do anything with a sledge hammer other than front lever, back lever, supination and pronation? What about a wrist curl and/or extension at varying angles? What about with a thicker handle? Or do you feel that it deviate too far from the standard and wouldn't even be worthwhile? Climber028
I use a homemade handle with a 45 degree offset to get different ranges for pronation and supination, but have never done flexion or extenison movements with it.

Dennis Rogers recommends a sledgehammer bicep curl, which isometrically hits front, back, and supination in a neutral wrist position.
