Blacksmith513 Posted May 18, 2020 Share Posted May 18, 2020 Yesterday I was doing some ab exercises,, but in between sets I looked at my sledge and decided to try levering it laying down. It wasn't a grip day so I only did it a couple times, but wow, its a lot harder. Might be good way to break a plateau. I'm going to really try them tomorrow. Has anyone else ever tried these?
