Ivan Beritashvili Posted May 15, 2020 Share Posted May 15, 2020 May 14th, 2020 Good volume DU session (all in 1,5" suedes): 1) 7" x 5/16" round CRS bar, rates 140 kg @ 7" / ~ 410 lb USA rating - 2 PC; 2) 7" x 5/16" round CRS bar, rates 145 kg @7" / ~ 430 lb USA rating - 1 PC; 3) 7" x 5/16" round CRS bar, rates 155 kg @7" / ~ 460 lb USA rating - 3 PC; 4) 7" x 5/16" Iron Grip hex bar, rates 170 kg @7" / 500-510 lb USA rating - 1 PC.
