The "Blob" that is most referred to on the GBoard is half a York

solid cast dumbell. The handle is cut loose from both spheres, creating

the blobs.

The York is the blob of choice so to speak, but anything that works the

hand in a wide pinchgrip fashion can be called a blob. As long, as there is

sufficient weight to it, to make your hands work hard to pinch and lift it...

Hex head DBs work well too. It is mainly the wide grip with sufficient weight

that is the main idea. (Also called block weights)

That will be $5.95 please :)

Cash too........... If you go to the FAQ forum and go to the bottom of the

page and change the window where it says ...last 30 days to where it will say

the beginning and hit go that will give all the FAQ posts

But scroll down until you see the thread "Hacksaws-n-Yorks and you will find

the specific measurements for the York blobs...

I am sure there is a way to link it from this post... but I be damned if I know how
