Tendinitis brace

I’m starting to get a spot of tendinitis in my elbow. I know all of the things to do to get it to go away, but I bought a brace for the first time. One of the bands that goes an inch below the elbow. It makes it feel a lot better but I haven’t worn it during a workout yet. Does anyone know how these things normally affect performance, or if it’ll affect my progress in grippers?

I can't comment on the brace, but try to get it sorted out as soon as you can, studies show it's easier to fix it when its fresh.  I didn't and now it's been almost a year with it in both elbows.

I had it tendinitis in both elbows for a long time. I was in physical therapy for my shoulder and I told the Pt about my elbow and they did needling to my elbow, almost instant relief. Went away after that. Now I do the green flex bar twice a weeks and internal external rotations, that seems to keep it away.

Wow!  I'll have to remember that!
