2 3/8" weighted dexterity balls - 1 minute

Arm Assassin 2 3/8" Wrist Wrench (weight is all inclusive, i.e., plates, pin, implement, etc.)

1x5 - Right - 55lbs

5x5 -  Right - 60lbs

5x5 - Left - 55lbs

Wednesday - 06-03-2020 (Block weights/Wrist)

Tried to do block weights, but the humidity got me.   Going forward, unless I move into the house for blob lifting, only going to do wrist on Wednesdays.  Focus is still on thick bar twice a week.  Will either stick with M/W/F (Thick/Wrist/Thick), or go M/T/TH (Thick/Wrist/Thick).  Will try M/W/F for  a few weeks. 

2x1 - 10 second hold  Right only - 25lb blob

4x1 - Right only - 37 1/2lbs blob - 1st and 2nd sets were only 5-7" from ground.  Sets 3 and 4 were to lockout. 

2x1 - Right only - 41 1/2lbs blob - Didn't budge it either set.

3x20 IM Heavy Hammer 2 - 2 1/2lb plate - Left only (Pronation/Supination, Ulnar/Radial Deviation)

2x20 IM Heavy Hammer 2- 5lb plate - Right only (Pronation/Supination, Ulnar/Radial Deviation)

1x20 Formulator - 5lb/25lb (Extension/Flexion)

Friday - 06-05-2020 (Thick Bar)

Right:

2x1 10 second hold - 55lbs

1x1 -  60lbs

2x1- 65lbs

1x1 - 70lbs

3x1 - 75lbs

1x1 - 80lbs - Budged from ground roughly 1/2-1". 

1x1 - 75lbs - immediately dropped to 75lbs after 80lbs attempt

1x1 - 70lbs

Left:

2x1 10 second hold - 55lbs

1x1 -  60lbs

2x1- 65lbs

7x1 - 70lbs -  Sets 6 & 7 were 5-7" from ground.

2.5 FBBC Crusher (weight is total of plates, implement, loading pin, etc.)

Right and Left:

2x1 - 10 second holds - 105 lbs

Right:

5x5 120lbs - All successful minus last set.  Last 2 reps on last set were approximately 4" from ground

Left:

3x5 115lbs - Last 3 reps on last set were 1-2" from ground

2x5 105lbs - last 2 reps on last set were 1-2" from ground

Friday - 06-12-2020 (Thick Bar)

2 3/8" weighted dexterity balls - 1 minute

2.5 FBBC Crusher (weight is total of plates, implement, loading pin, etc.)

Right and Left:

2x3 - 105 lbs

1x2 - 115

Right:

Plan was to do 3x3 with 130lbs.  Only did 1 set.  Forearms just felt like trash.  I'm assuming Monday's workout fried me.   

Left:

Plan was to do 3x3 with 120lbs.  Only did 1 set and got 2 reps.

 

Going to see how this coming Monday goes to determine next weeks plan.  If I feel alright, dropping 5x5 and will slightly lighter  3x3's or take week off.  Left elbow was feeling better after starting to do thick bar with it, but flared it up from the 5x5 on Monday.  So no more left hand/arm again for a while.

2x3 -  130 lbs

1x3 - 130 lbs (failed) - Felt strong in the first two sets, and figured I was aiming for 3.  Hit the thick bar wall and couldn't even budge one rep.

Nothing on left since I flared up the elbow more.  Will probably incorporate Wrist Wrench for left, since it seemed to help.

Was hoping for a few 140-145 singles for right, but 135 was it. Going to structure workouts better, instead of looking at past weight and winging it.  Going to focus on the wrist wrench for the next 3 weeks.

Garage felt like a sauna.  Was still happy with how the 3x3 went for both hands.  Plan is to keep with the Wrist Wrench for another 2 or 3 weeks. Definitely easier on the elbows then the crusher.

Left:

6x1 - 70lbs - 5th set was 3-5" off ground.  Last set didn't budge. 

Garage was a sauna again, and worked these in between squats so I was a water fountain.  Had to finally break out a towel.  Still happy with workout.

Jumped right into it after a few of my squat warmups.

3x3 - 72 3/4 lbs

Was another humid night.  Depending how hands/arms feel, I'm hoping for a 80lb lift with right this Friday.

Think the BSS Wrist mace tore the hands/arms up more than I thought.  Right elbow is acting a little funny, so between that and a shotty week, going to take next week off grip.

Monday - 07-13-2020

3x20 - CoC T

Just threw in some thick holds between squats.  Also, going to try some light high rep gripper closes.  During a workout last week, did 2x20 with the a CoC Trainer and elbows actually felt better.  Will probably do random stuff this week, and try to figure out plan starting next week.  Left elbow is still meh, even though I did some stuff with left today, so I am going to force myself to not include left again for a few weeks, and see what happens.

Friday - 07-17-2020

4x1 10 second hold - 60lbs

Didn't change it up this week, or stop with the left.  Plan is to add block weights next week.  Haven't figured out the split yet.
