Alawadhi Posted March 22, 2020 Share Posted March 22, 2020 So Panagiotis Kalamidas comes to Dubai and we had amazing time together. Long story short, He did lift my Inch with BOTH hands. Here is the video. He also not only lifted my Millennium trainer! But with added 10 pounds! No I did not lift the Inch and the Millennium trainer that day. Had so much work, less food, lots of work distractions, dead sumo deadlifts and benched 150+ KG which my friend told me will surely take a toll on me. And a not so good thick bar day. But no excuses really, I wasn't strong enough on the thick bar. Not the pinch. Anyway, we tried to clean the FBBC 100 pounds Inch. Man this was tricky. And people do it with the real inch? Need to be super strong and with amazing technique. Here is Panagiotis doing 155+ KG on the 2" NN THUMBLESS. More videos on my channel for other successful and failed attempts and my bench press too.
