Grippers strength is lacking behind for an unknown reason!

Static/isometric holding a kettlebell (66 lbs and around 1.7" diameter): 80 seconds (left hand), 103 seconds (right hand)

I can only close the COC sport gripper even though my performance when gripping a barbell or the lat pulldown attachments is way better. My hand is big. Wrist is 8.1" and my hand size (from my pinky finger to my thumb) is 10.6"+. The COC grippers are not very small but are on the smaller side. This is how they feel in my hand.

Other measurements:
Biceps size: 16.9"+
Forearm size: 13.7"+
Elbow to tip of the middle finger: 21.45"+
Chest size: 47.3"+
Body fat percent: between 15 and 20%

I feel that my flexor digitorum superficialis is way stronger than my flexor digitorum profundus when using the COC grippers. Any tips?

Grippers are extremely dependant on technique, messing that up can make an easy gripper feel impossible. I would watch some videos about how to set a gripper and learn that before relying in it as a measure of strength.

You probably place the gripper in the wrong spot in your hand. Put up a video or a picture and we can help you find the problem.
