I haven't shared anything here for a good while so I tought I'd try something slightly weird, inspired by the "ridiculous feats" topic. Nothing impressive to most of you grip monster, though:

Fun to do some odd exercises with the grippers sometimes. Another fun one is to do thumbless closes, placing the thumb on the "backside" of the gripper, same way as you would do with a thumbless on a bar.

Agreed, I have to try the thumbless close again, haven't done that in forever.

What is your current mms set max with all fingers set right?

Nothing spectacular, probably around 145 RGC on strong days.

Uh I think all 2 finger closes feel extremely weird. How people train RP with grippers inverted for example is beyond me.

I'd have to agree with you as well! Nothing I'd want to do often.

Why don't people count their thumbs as fingers?
