The best warm up is the one that you will actually do. As long as it's light and dynamic you'll be on the right track.

Warmup? What is that? 
 

i prefer to do some full body movement and the. Light gripperds (50-60lbs under 1RM for 2-3 sets of 10) and then progress to my workout and warmup and add weight to the loading pin in increments up until a max effort.
