Grip routine?

Hello. 

I am New to grip sport and training. I was wondering,  how  you guys train your grip. Number of sets, reps and how ofen do you go for max? How many times a Week. Everything 🙂

 

 

I have these grip tool. 

The 2.5"  Trilobite rolling handle by Barrel strenght system - Where my max is 50kg (110lbs) i find it easier without the thumb, why is that? but the 50kg is with thumb on.

Captain of crush - No. 1 no. 1.5 and 2. I can close no 2 a couple of times, the others many times. 

And my last grip tool, homemade pinch blocks. One is 2" and the other is 3".

Depends entirely on your goals.

You're probably stronger with a thumbless grip if you lack strength in the thumb. You get a better wrap around the handle with a thumbless grip.
