Has anyone seen this wrist exercise before?

I did these yesterday and felt great for radial deviation if kept level. I tried 35lb and could not do it- very challenging.

I have! And it’s a great one. Nice! Works as a duel for pinch and wrist.

Definitely a keeper! It would make for a nice lift in a medley, too.

I want to see somebody do it with a 35lb hex DB- hats off to their wrist strength if done.

Cool, one more thing that looks easy as hell but is impossible I assume :D

Another thing that is impossible is to find hex dumbbells without rubber coating in Europe.

Rubber coating, chalk festival U.S.A.,  a 35lb hex DB is going to be Difficult with a capital D. I really enjoyed doing these but had never seen it done before.

You can do it to the other side of the wrist as well, I believe. To work both sides.

Curiosity has gotten the better of me. . . I'll give this  a try at gym in a few hours.

Per the clip, and just so I'm clear on this:

(1) The end of your thumb should be touching the TOP of the handle and not the side?

(2) Dumbbell to preferably remain horizontal at all times?

Try to keep dumbbell horizontal from start to finish. I have a Keypincher's thumb, LOL- so no thought on thumb positioning.
