PronatorKyle Posted February 7, 2020 Share Posted February 7, 2020 I do this mixed along with a light Resistance band for hundreds of repetitions,(maximum range of motion tripcep extention / pulldown ect) flood the muscle and tendon with blood and fluids. and also do hot cold treatment , i can usually get rid of it wtihin a week and half even if its quite serious, works wonders for knotted muscles aswell!
