”Rolling Thunder” Plateau

Hi again gripster fam!

I stand here again since I seem to have hit a plateau.

The topic is about the ”rolling thunder” or in my case Fat Gripz Xtreme on a cable handle.

The diameter is from 2.75 inches/7cm to 2.8 inches / 7.2cm.

My max lift was 75kg/ 165lbs.

I want to reach 100kg/ 220lbs but I have a hard time breaching my max.

I’ve done singles, I’ve done 5x5 and all these schemes.

Now I’ll try going for longer holds for a while, maybe it helps.

Anyone who reached those weights yet if so, I’d appreciate any advice.

Thanks a lot💖

What are some of your other lifts?  Either a 2" Axle or Blue Fat Grips?   Something I like is something like Dumbbell Rows or shrugs with the Fat Grips or a favorite is a fast Farmers Walks with them.  It's that quick reversal or "bounce" at the bottom that seems to be the trick.

I do other lifts like pinching, thick rope climbing and tons of armwrestling stuff..

Rows with Fat Gripz Xtreme is something else O also do.

This thread should be hotter. These threads end up being like gold when all the thickbar bosses chime in.

I agree😐
