Big Joe Stud!!!

Puts me to shame! Even though weighing in under 260 lbs now

This will be again soon. I am a shape shifter. I’ve been everywhere from 205 to 350 and in between. I’m not gonna kill my myself doing it. Just walk more and eat less. My diet always has been on point. Just more portions now. I eat sardines, eggs, pink grapefruit, black beans, lentils, Greek yogurt, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, walnuts and almonds and all sorts of lean meat. Always have. Just a little too much food since  grip training. I gain fast when I lift heavier. At 41 I’m going back down to 235 whether it takes away some strength or not. Thanks, bro!

Nice! Well, I haven't thought about competing in anything. I've been training more bodybuilding with some conditioning & boxing/kickboxing. Diet is just cleaned up except for pizza once in awhile

Same for me man as far as food is concerned. I cannot and never will give up weekly pizza.

As for  the latter, I haven’t been as passionate about competing lately. I reduced a lot of my grip exercises and haven’t cared as much. Surprisingly I’m getting stronger by doing less. Go figure. I like competing and all but have just been in a I could take it or leave it for now kind of mode. I will always train it, and compete but I’m not so “die hard” about it as I was previously. Too much other more important  things going on in life.

I hear ya, certain lifts I feel stronger even at a lower bodyweight... Tim Butler been wanting me to compete again, but have no motive for the time being. Also, feel more healed up & recovering faster than before

Feeling good is what it’s all about. Just not enough of an incentive to not feel good. Family is number one and all of this is a backseat to it.If you competed again you would be one of the top, no problem, whenever you decided to show up.
