jchapman
Bravo! Now that is how you do a double and a triple: controlled negative, no re-gripping. 1

I can get as big or as lean as I want just by manipulating of my eating and lifting programs. When I lift heavy I get big. When I stick to mostly calisthenics I revert back to this form in the picture. I’m about 230-235 here. I am 262 now. Was 296 a few months ago. What you see in the picture is more my normal weight. Competition training In grip caused me to get bigger. Not worth it at all.

I work in a prison and I'm on my feet all day on concrete and it kills me. I always feel better when I'm about 180lbs vs my 200lbs+.
