Strength is never a weakness. i would recommend a ton of cupping style exercises, slow controlled and near max effort. “Slow” so not to jerk strain or tear any of the necessary bits in the arm/hand/wrist. Do cupping workouts of all variations. Bring pull-up strength and lat strength up. And a lot of long high effort static bicep holds in an arm wrestling position. training the aforementioned will have you crushing nearly any non-puller. And tons of table time on top of all that will have you making strong pullers sweat to beat you. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
