ME Deadlift Training PRs 11-23-2019

Today's max effort deadlift day was pretty fun. I about blacked out after the first two lifts in the video. Finger strength is going up faster than my deadlift strength. Highlights from today: Middle finger deadlift 285lb + 40lb of chains, 1st two finger deadlift 350lb + 40lb of chains, thumbless deadlift and hold 315lb +40lb of chains 62 seconds, 175lb glass bar hold for 16 seconds, 140lb glass bar hold for 52 seconds, 7 middle finger ring rows with 30lb vest, 12 sec middle finger ring row flexed hold with 80lb. First time trying the middle finger ring rows. I really like them. Bodyweight 176.6lb Pretty happy with today's training. Thanks everyone.
