Thats my kind of workout, a few movements. 

What kind of wrist roller do you have? 

Do you do them overhand for extensors or underhand for flexors?

I posted a pic of my wrist roller setup somewhere on the first page. I use a squat rack, barbell, kettlebell, and an elastic band.

I roll them both ways for extensor and flexor work. 1 rep = one roll both ways

Yeah oly bars are smooth and also thick so it trains open hand strength too

I've started the Wendler 5/3/1 for all my big lifts, these include back squat, front squat, fat grip deadlift, press, and bench.

Instead of logging the entire workout im just log the amrap results of the final set for each workout.

Back squat: 92.5kg x 9

Bench: 70kg x 10

Pendlay row: 60kg 3x5

FatGripz dumbbell bicep curl: 14kg x 8, 16kg 2x8

My left wrist really hurts for some reason, the pain grew during my workout and got worse and worse. I had to sit out the rest of my workout because of the pain. I couldn't get a good set on the gripper because of it.

Thanks man, its a stubborn gripper, and the fact that my left wrist is in pain doesnt help when I set it 😂 im gonna take a short break from grip work on my left hand and focus on just tns work with my right for the next few weeks until my wrist gets better, then ill come back and smash it!
