I've been progressing alot with blobs lately and I have noticed significant thumb pad growth. I wish I owned a TTK but for now the pony clamp pinch device works fine. bruce1337 325
Big gripper donation from @Fist of Fury arrived today. Included an assortment of grippers, different size fat grips handles, a grip ball, and DHWOG 12mm mid length rated steel. I am very excited for the mid length braced bending attempts. Big thanks again to @Fist of Fury for the donation.

bruce1337 325
HORSESHOE HAUL Nabbed a bunch of used shoes from a friend. Used shoes have the added bonus of rust and horse poop all over them, plus they're worn out in different areas. Attempted a Werkman Striker 2 (8x22.5mm) which was worn down to 7.2mm at the crux of the bend. Stopped moving close to 90 degrees. Was too tough a shoe for a first timer to attempt. Will try some easier shoes and work my way up to this one again in the future.
Slippery Pete 245
Nice to see you bending some shoes! However, people are generally staying away from used shoes since the risk of a surprise snap is bigger. I have no personal experience tough. But might be something to keep in mind.

Glad to start bending shoes. I ripped my skin on my left hand and my right hand has tendon pain and inflammation. So id say it was a great first horseshoe session 🤣 Some are worn down at the crux and others are worn around the legs. And risk of snapping adds more excitement to the bend 😆 but ill let you know if any of them try to kill me Edited February 13 by bruce1337
bruce1337 325
Been goofing around with steel bending last couple weeks. Now its time to start training seriously again. Thickbar, SB, pinch, and strict style bending. I will only log my main lifts from now on, cant be bothered writing up the entire workout Inch trainer 53.5kg: 1, 1, 1, 2 43.5kg (wrist curl): 2x2 33.5kg (wrist curl): 3x5 Was very surprised at this lift. My previous max was 52kg so hitting this PR for multiple reps and sets was a huge milestone especially since my thickbar has been lacking
