I figured out that grippers is whats aggravating my knuckle injury. Its weakening my pinch and bending. For now im going to lay off the grippers (and SB holds) until the pain is gone and maybe on

These were fun. Gonna add 2.5kg every week for about 2-3 months to build some volume then try out a strength cycle.

Bending

7mm x 6" DO Single IMP ~90deg

8mm x 165mm ISO crush, finally got this bastard to move from 6cm to 4cm

SB hold

#2.5: 7s, 5s, 5s

Was a bad idea to do these after bending

Good job on the snap! Just a few months ago you had problems just moving the G5 at all. 
 

Next is to see how fast you can snap 3 G5’s in a row!

My snapping technique is probably horrible since I've only done it twice before. I don't understand how some guys snap G8s in 20s cause it had to bend this back and forth like 50 times before it snapped.

Gonna train from home next few months because of covid recommendations.

Although most of my stuff is at an AW gym far away for a grip comp I have enough tools to keep my grip strength up until then.

8mm x 7" Rebar DO Leather (90deg, I bent it across the supporting bar by mistake, made it a super tough bend)

 

Felt weak today. Also got some inflammation in my right wrist. Gonna take a few days off.

166k Grade 5 braced snap 4min, shaved 6mins off my time somehow. 

7mm x 210mm nails Leather Reverse x2 (wasnt too difficult, will start shortening the length with the goal being 6" reverse bend)

Grippers

0.5f x 3

RB240 x 0

2.5 x 0

#89f x 20 mini reps (big rep PR since i tried this last, bending must have increased my endurance)

0.5f x 5 (upsidedown)
