backpressure with 2x6, nail, weights, strap and a towel for cushion 

Sledgehammer lever on AW table top for impossible to cheat levers.

have been using these often mixed with some things of my own since you sent me the video in message.  i was previously doing something similar , now i've mixed the two to suit my preferences tough on the riser of the wrist too! and you can change up what part of the forearm you are engaging with changing the placement of the strap, i like to go over my knuckles to hit the wrist riser , usually have to go lighter on weight tho
