Tonight did some wrist work with the 3in diameter FBBC barbell. Worked up to a max of 215lb thumbless double overhand deadlift and then worked up to 345lb thumbless mixed grip deadlift and held it for 42 sec.  Last I did a parallel plate curl hold/lock for 47 sec with a 25lb plate. Wrists and forearms are toast. Bodyweight 173lb. Thanks everyone.

Thanks Adam.  I got the idea for this lift from one of your old training videos.  I felt like my hands and wrist had more in the tank but my back was a bit too tired.

The 3” diameter is very hard to cup even at any 8” hand. I believe very useful wrist lift but be mindful of elbow discomfort or bicep stress
