Actually first time doing any plate curl work with a 45lb plate. 35lb plate diameter is 14in. 45lb plate diameter is 18in. 35lb plate + 5lb plate on the end for 3 partial reps. 45lb top end lock/ hold for 17 sec then 14 sec 35lb plate for 13 partial reps.
