This 50mm is mild steel so itll hold chalk fine. 50mm is 2" 60 is 2 3/8. Thank man it looks decent enough i think. Only cost be £6 for the pipe as well. Ill try it out on thursday maybe..need a couple pf days rest after todays session. What I meant was I dont know if the 45kg on a wrist wrench was meant on a 50mm or 60mm handle to be equivalent to an Inch. Since the 50mm is a lot easier than the 60mm im going to guess that you need to pull 45kg on a 60mm wrist wrench to be able to lift the Inch.

Ah right sorry man, i see what you mean now 👍Ive read the 60mm, its got to be really as its the same thickness as the inch. If i had to guess on a 50mm id say more like 55kg maybe for being able to lift the inch.

You should make one. So easy, all you need is a 200mm long steel pipe, drill 2 holes then attach a strong strap in ethier hole then tie a knot, i used a dog lead for the strap 😂 works great though as they Re so strong and cheap. Good to go, Cost me like £6 total. Edited January 12 by mcalpine1986

Fresh i would of got at least 30kg maybe even 32kg. I got 30kg about 4-5 inches from the ground. Ill try again next week when fresh. As for the holds i was shocked i did longer than last time as im so fatigued and sore. I hate wide pinch 🤣 much prefer 60mm.

Yes its a good amount of weight but also that is the easiest setting to lift on that handle, however The large diameter plates and the spinlock collars being drum tight gives it a lot of rotation though so its not easy either.
