Feet elevated pushups BW 4 x 12 Static riser lift 12kg x 8 L+R 16kg x 8 L+R 20kg X 8 L+R 16kg x 8 L+R GM150 hand Dynamometer* *My first try trialling different handle width positions and hand spacing. 10 attempts each side with. Best of: 75.30kg Left 71.65kg right I got what I expected and now I know the best position and width I'll push towards 80kg. I think bodyweight is a respectable result. Although I'm right handed I'm stronger on the left due to 2 bad injuries, I broke my right index finger years ago and also have a depressed knuckle due to a curved 2nd metacarpal, what's known as a boxers fracture. I have terrible strength and mobility in my right hand index finger as a result and it's relatively weak, It's also 12mm shorter than the left hand side now and curves inwards so I can't pull probably with it. It took over a year to fully heal and still affects me on crush grip in particular.

mcalpine1986
Just a lift update if anyone interested or wondered where I've been. I had to take a break from training for a few weeks. I have been getting some horrible symptoms for most of this past year and they were really bad a month ago so I went to the doctors, they took bloods and found my serum TSH was almost Zero so my body has been creating far too much T3 and T4 making me Hyperthyroid. As soon as I found that out all my symptoms made sense. I'm awaiting more tests for thyroid nodules but in the meantime I've massively changed my diet as it looks like a big cause of my Thyroid problems has been my very high intake of dietary Iodine every day. Hopefully I won't need to go on meds and they can remove any nodules they find. After a few weeks of changing my diet my symptoms have reduced a lot and I'm almost feeling normal again so back to training.
