Bw 78.5kg. *forearms sore

1 arm overhead Db press using 50mm handle

15kg x 5 L+R

20kg x 3 L+R

25kg x 2 L+R

30kg x 1 L+R

25kg x 8 L+R

 

 

I bought myself a new Olympic EZ bar so i can get back into strict curls. It weighs 8kg but im counting it as 7.5kg so i can have round numbers. My lifting OCD kicking in lol.

Back against the wall Strict Reverse curls - Thumbless grip, very difficult.

*My best was 50kg. Ill smash that in time.

Strong man! I love the thumbless reverse grip curls the fingers really have to work to keep the bar in your hand. I have never tried it strict and for a max but now you have me curious.

Thanks man, i should of had my head back tbh but pleased with 45kg as ive done none since march. Im glad you liked them and have kept them going. They are a better exercise than thumb wrapped and hit the flexors more.

Im glad to have an EZ bar again. My best was 50kg/110lbs strict, standing i could do 60kg/132lbs. Ill beat that in time. I prefer back against the wall strict. Makes it harder but more result producing. 

Go for a max, you have nothing to lose. Maybe try out strict first with higher reps if you are going for a strict max.

Will do. I’ll work on strict a couple weeks then try to throw in a max at some point.
