It weighs 8kg but im counting it as 7.5kg so i can have round numbers. My lifting OCD kicking in lol. Back against the wall Strict Reverse curls - Thumbless grip, very difficult. *My best was 50kg. I love the thumbless reverse grip curls the fingers really have to work to keep the bar in your hand. Thanks man, i should of had my head back tbh but pleased with 45kg as ive done none since march. Im glad you liked them and have kept them going. They are a better exercise than thumb wrapped and hit the flexors more. Im glad to have an EZ bar again. My best was 50kg/110lbs strict, standing i could do 60kg/132lbs. Ill beat that in time. I prefer back against the wall strict. Makes it harder but more result producing. Go for a max, you have nothing to lose.
